Our exclusive HIIT and conditioning classes brings you the latest and most efficient exercises to improve your health in all aspect. We take into account what is needed to build the core foundation of an athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance which includes plyometric's, speed and agility, endurance and core stability. Because of the level of intensity, these classes burn over 600 calories each and leave you feeling like you can take on the world!

During our Women’s class we focus on building stronger and leaner bodies. We hit every aspect of fitness such as endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. A wide range of other fitness tools such as battling ropes, tire sledge slams, TRX, and more to deliver a full-body workout where you burn over 1000 calories in 45 minutes! All our classes are full body workouts. This class compliments our other programs which gives you a good balance of everything.


Kid's Muay Thai classes are a great way to instill lasting confidence and athleticism in young children. Many of our young students see a great change in their individuality, discipline and confidence. Kid's Muay Thai is a safe, fun way to introduce young children into the world of martial arts. Above all else, our classes are focused on teaching proper technique. Students do not need any athletic or martial arts experience to start. We work with students of all fitness types and backgrounds in a fun and safe environment.
